RePG Energy was founded in 2016 by Hasan AYARTÜRK with the support of TÜBİTAK BİGG. Subsequently, in the same year, it received angel investment from TRANGELS A.Ş. Since 2017, it has received a total of 99.2 million TL in funding from a variety of sources, including angel investors, strategic/financial investors, funds, and deep technology venture capital, continuing its R&D and product development efforts. The production site is located in the Nilüfer region of Bursa.

It operates in the field of innovative renewable energy systems with its own license and patents. It produces electricity based on renewable energy sources that can operate for a significant part of the year, never before used in known techniques for residential and industrial applications, range extenders based on renewable energy sources for electric and hybrid vehicles, fuel systems based on renewable energy sources for conventional vehicles, propulsion systems for land and marine vehicles, heating - cooling - HVAC and air conditioning systems for residences and vehicles, and the production and application of fresh water production systems based on renewable energy sources.
