-20C, +40C are tested operating temperatures.
Total productive working hours is 80,000 hours. The efficiency drops to 90%. Max working hours is 120,000 hours. Efficiency drops to 40%. (Operating conditions in case of regular maintenance.)
Light maintenance remote system checks and leak checks are performed with customer personnel every 4000 hours or 6 months. Heavy maintenance 8000 hours or once a year is physically done by RePG personnel.
All changes are made free of charge, except for user errors, in the case of a free post-warranty maintenance agreement. With the maintenance agreement, free part replacement is made for a maximum of 10 years. At the end of 10 years, part costs are invoiced. Organic fluid exchange is within this scope.
A special pump produced by RePG Energy is used.
Rs 485 Modbus TCP is used as the system control infrastructure. The module is our own production.
Water-cooled (with in-machine heat exchanger, radiator or cooling tower excluded) and 25kW and below air-cooled, water-cooled and hybrid systems (air and water-cooled) can be mounted on top of each other. Modules other than this cannot be mounted on top of each other due to the dimensions of the cooling system.
Depending on the machine capacity, there is a delivery time of 8-12 weeks and a commissioning period of 1-4 weeks.
Limited to a minimum of 60°C and a maximum of 120°C. In the 3rd quarter of 2022, products above 120°C will be put on the market. It will be custom made.
