RePG Energy Company?
RePG Energy was founded in 2016 by Hasan AYARTÜRK with the support of TUBITAK BIGG.
RePG continued R&D and Beta field tests with the support of angel investment from TRANGELS A.Ş. between 2017 and 2020, from a total of 80+ individual angel, strategic and financial investors.
TRAngels Leader investor team, consisting of 4 people, continues to work closely with the entrepreneur team 24 × 7.
The head office is located at ITU Technopolis MAGNET, Istanbul. R&D and production facility is located in the Bursa Nilüfer Çalı area.
RePG Energy Technology?
Differentiating itself from existing energy systems, it is a new generation renewable energy technology that transforms the humidity and temperature differences in the “Ambient” (Air / Water / Gas) that are regarded as the energy source into the electricity power by applying the principles of osmosis and diffusion.
RePG Overview?
RePG technology is a positive-disruptive technology:
- It can generate 1-25kWh of energy in open spaces such as residence/hotel/office.
- It can reach 1mWs with high waste heat sources in the industry,
- While Making a Revolution in Mobile Electric vehicles (car, boat, drone) with 1-25kWs as a "Range Extender",
- It can transform the heat discharged from Server, Data Storage & Network devices into electricity and at the same time cool down the ambient in Data Centers.
- RePG offers new technologies that will change Air Conditioning, Cooling, and Ventilation systems for good.
RePG can produce pure water at all time or at certain times when needed after configuration adaptation: it can be used as cooling water in industry, cleaning water in
shopping malls, irrigation water in agricultural activities, and as drinkable water with the technique of reverse osmosis.
RePG Energy products developed by leveraging IoT. Remote management and tracking of all products, energy generation, quality, and services are ready.
Corporate or individual customers will be able to monitor their energy production remotely from web or mobile (IOS / Android) applications.
RePG has products that provide a much more advantageous payoff in a shorter time compared to all existing energy systems.

RePG Application Areas, Sub-Companies & Products?
- 1- RePG Residence: The company owns all patent, license, and production rights of all systems that produce energy in the range of 0.1-25kws by using heat (from the air and sun-thermal only) in open environments such as garden, roof, balcony in houses, buildings, hotels, and offices both in Turkey and in the world.
- 2- RePG Industry: The company owns all patent, license, and production rights of all systems that produce energy in the range of 25kws-1mws by using low or high-density waste heat (hot water, steam, gas, sun-thermal) in the industrial environments both in Turkey and in the world.
- 3- RePG Mobile Vehicle: The company owns all patent, license, and production rights of all systems that produce range extender energy between 0.1-25kws by using air and waste heat in electric vehicles (cars, boats, drones).
- 4- RePG Air Conditioning: The company owns all patent, license, and production rights of systems that perform heating, cooling, and ventilation, and of ACs both in Turkey and in the world.
- 5- RePG Data Center: The company owns all patent, license, and production rights of all systems that perform energy production and cooling by using air, waste heat, and sun-thermal sources found in Fixed or Mobile Data Centers or Rack Cabinet interiors both in Turkey and in the world.
Industrial and Residential products Beta Customer field tests are planned to be completed in 2021, I. & III. quarter. R&D efforts are still continuing to develop Beta products for Vehicle and Air Conditioning products and Prototypes of Air Conditioning products.
R&D is also performed on the RePG Water Generation device/apparatus, wireless-energy apparatus, smart meters apparatus, and energy-storage/battery apparatus.
RePG Patents, R&D, and IPR?
- RePG Energy's 5 foreign and 6 domestic patent applications are still ongoing.
- In addition, 25 patent research and efforts will be carried out for different products in the medium term (2021 H1) and up to 50+ in the long term (end of 2021).
- Patent, License Use, and IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) transfer processes/contracts to Subsidiaries have been prepared by highly experienced lawyers.
- R&D studies are ongoing and the contracts of IPR with the subsidiaries that are made and to be made continue for a total of 20 years

- Production and investment/investor plans for all products and subsidiaries proceed in parallel with the BETA product research carried out in the field.
- The production facility is located in Bursa Niltim Organized Industry Zone. RePG Energy continues its R&D and growth activities uninterruptedly.
- Negotiations for business development with Domestic and Foreign Strategic (Manufacturer / Sub-Industry) Investors and Financial Investors continue.
- The efforts to make the address of RePG Energy Parent Company to be based in America or Europe are continuing.

- All business development, production, marketing, sales, and licensing methods of RePG Energy products will be decided by the management teams of "RePG Subsidaries".

- Sales Models can be Direct Product Sales (B2B, B2C, B2B2C), License Transfer, License Lease, Membership, Energy Sharing, or Revenue Sharing.
RePG's Competitive Advantages?
- Installation, initial investment costs, maintenance and use of all existing renewable (Wind, Solar, Bio-waste, etc) and conventional energy sources are not as easy as RePG Systems.
- With RePG Core technology, it produces 100% renewable energy from the change of heat and humidity (Latent-Heat) in the ambient/air. And it also uses Waste-Heat (Chimney, Central Heating Boiler, Coal, Pellet.etc), SunThermal, and GeoThermal waste heat.
- RePG Energy Systems can operate in all open and closed environments (Factory, Residence, Building, Shopping Mall, Office, Garden, Roof, Balcony, Car, Boat, Drone, Ship, Train, Efficiency Center, Air Conditioner, Cabin, etc.) without increasing maintenance costs.

As of 2020, RePG Energy has a total of 13 patent applications, 3 of them are international and 10 of them are domestic, and 1 of them is the registered patent. In addition, 20 different patent applications will be added to our company’s patent portfolio by the end of 2021 as a result of R&D studies. Patents, license usage, and IPH (Intellectual Property Rights) transfer processes/contracts to sub-companies are conducted with the guidance of experienced lawyers, and the aim is to benefit our subsidiaries with our knowledge.
